An episode got something wrong
Tap the report button in the player at the line that's off. It's saved with the exact moment, so we can fix how episodes get made.
Delete an episode
Delete it from your library. That also removes its audio, script and research from our server.
Delete all my data
Email us your Listener ID from the app's Settings and we'll delete everything tied to it. There's no account, so the Listener ID is how we find it.
Billing and refunds
Purchases go through Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, and ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
